Three friends from an Engineering College in Central Kerala, travels to the Middle East in the mid 2000's in search of jobs. Foodies by nature, in spite of getting placed in good jobs, couldn't find solace to their taste buds. Authentic good food, at affordable prices, tasting just out of home kitchen, kept torturing then even in their deepest dreams on sweetest days.

Cravings made them end their careers in the land of oil and started travelling across in search of solutions that could address the tummy pain point of Gulf Malayalees and ended up forming Vayaranz........

Retro packing in Can

Retort Technology is an advanced method of food preservation that involves preparing food at high-temperatures and thereby eliminating all pathogens and packing in flexible pouches, trays, or cans.

The packed food stay intact for more than 2 years without any preservatives. This is evident from the fact that once the can is opened, if not refrigerated the food degrades just like freshly prepared food.
